  What does it cost?

Employing voice talent can be an expensive proposition, most professional voice actors are paid between £400 and £600 per session. In addition to voice talent the services of a first class sound engineer and script writer does not come cheap and all these elements are vital if your webpage is to talk. I am sure you will agree after visiting this site that a speaking webpage is preferable to a silent one, however cost is very important.

Networks Delivered decided very early in the development of the speaking webpage that price was an important issue to help widespread uptake of the product. Taking the conventional approach the price for an average web site was working out at over £1000 just to pay the voice talent and production costs. This was to expensive, so we took a different approach to convention.

Firstly we decided that we would change our sales operation from field sales to telesales, this allows us to operate nationwide and brings savings on regional offices. Second we have employed voice talent full time, instead of earning £600 per session and recording 2 sessions per month we are paying our voice talent to work full time guaranteeing permanent employment. We have also employed our own full time script writers and sound engineers, who work in our own sound studio.

This approach has allowed us to price our product at a price we feel every company with an Internet presence can afford. This product is an affordable and essential service that any business large or small will benefit from.
